Built to age and a true gourmand wine. Andrea's farming and his methods in the winery are nearly identical to that of Guy Breton, whom he staged with for several years.

Terres d'Imaginaire Feu Follet VDF Blanc 2022: Mathilde from d’Imaginaire worked closely for years with Sylvain Pataille before going home to Rochefort sur Loire. Feu Follet is the phosphorescence sometimes seen over swamps at night. For Mathilde Magne, it is like a window into the Imaginary world.

Cati Ribot "Cambuix" 2022 1L: Island wine alert! red white coferment biodynamic wine from Cati Ribot. Too much to fit in this tiny box about how special this is or how impactful she is of a winemaker. This wine was the product of an unexpected hail storm that forced the remaining fruit to be processed as this direct pressed rosé. “Cambuix” is the Mallorquin word for “bedhead” which was what the vineyards resembled afer the storm. This gossamer textured wine is full of bright red fruits with an ocean spray kiss.
